Świat po mojemu – Maroko od kuchni to warsztaty kulinarne dla Polaków i obcokrajowców podczas których dosłownie i w przenośni poznacie Maroko od kuchni.

Kuchnia marokańska zachwyca głębią swych aromatycznych i niepowtarzalnych smaków, a w Polsce wciąż stosunkowo mało o niej wiemy. Czas to zmienić i poznać ten kraj od strony talerza.

Tak rozmaite dania Marokańczycy zawdzięczają wpływom kultury arabskiej, berberskiej, afrykańskiej, a także europejskiej.

Jeżeli chcecie poznać lepiej marokańskie specjały oraz “sekretne receptury”, a przy okazji posłuchać o tradycji, kulturze i zwyczajach marokańskich, zapiszcie się na warsztaty! Zapraszamy Was na trzecie, ostatnie już spotkanie z cyklu Świat po mojemu.

PODCZAS SPOTKANIA:

Przygotujecie wspólnie z Abdellahem z Maroko tradycyjne dania: tadżiny – z kurczakiem, wołowiną i warzywne (wersja wegetariańska) oraz zupę harira, a także dowiecie się różnych ciekawostek o Maroko. Podczas spotkania poczęstujemy Was także typową marokańską herbatką 🙂

Spotkanie odbędzie się w formie pikniku – na świeżym powietrzu w ogródku Fundacji Emic.

Miło Was poznać, jestem Abdellah, mam 25 lat i w zeszłym roku byłem studentem Erasmusa na Uniwersytecie Mikołaja Kopernika w Toruniu, gdzie zrobiłem magisterkę z inżynierii i fizyki zaawansowanych materiałów. Było to dla mnie dobre doświadczenie, które zachęciło mnie do podjęcia tego kroku i ubiegania się o stanowisko doktora. Obecnie jestem doktorantem na tym samym wydziale 🙂

Świat po mojemu to seria 3 spotkań z obcokrajowcami z Gruzji, Maroka i Kolumbii, przebywającymi w Polsce, podczas których uczestnicy poznają ich życia, tradycje, kuchnie i kultury, a także będą wspólnie gotować tradycyjne potrawy danego kraju. Chcemy tworzyć nowe społeczności pośród zarówno Polaków, jak i imigrantów różnych narodowości.

Świat po mojemu – Morocco from the inside is a culinary workshop for Poles and foreigners during which you will literally and figuratively get to know Morocco firsthand.

Moroccan cuisine delights with the depth of its aromatic and unique flavors, and in Poland we still know relatively little about it. It’s time to change that and get to know this country from the plate side. Moroccans owe such a variety of dishes to the influences of Arab, Berber, African and European cultures. If you want to learn more about Moroccan specialties and „secret recipes”, and hear about Moroccan tradition, culture and customs, sign up for the workshop! We invite you to the third, last meeting in the My World series.

DURING THE MEETING:
Together with Abdellah from Morocco, you will prepare traditional dishes: tajines – with chicken, beef and vegetables (vegetarian version) and harira soup, and you will also learn various interesting facts about Maorocco. During the meeting, we will also offer you a typical Moroccan tea 🙂
The meeting will take the form of a picnic – in the open air in the garden of the Emic Foundation.

Hi everyone!
Nice to meet you, I’m Abdellah, I’m 25 years old and last year I was an Erasmus student at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, where I did my master’s degree in engineering and physics of advanced materials. It was a good experience for me and it encouraged me to take this step and apply for a PhD position. I am currently a PhD student at the same faculty 🙂

My World is a series of 3 meetings with foreigners from Georgia, Morocco and Colombia, staying in Poland, during which participants will learn about their lives, traditions, cuisines and cultures, and will also cook traditional dishes of a given country together. We want to create new communities among both Poles and immigrants of various nationalities.
