Wizyta młodzieży z Norwegii w Trójmieście | Polska Visit of Youth from Norway to the Tri-City | Poland

Na koniec października 2025 r. ponownie spotkaliśmy się z młodzieżą z Fotballklubben Vigør z Kristiansand, którą poznaliśmy podczas wizyty w Norwegii w ramach projektu STEDY – Stronger Together Empowerment of Diverse Youth, finansowanego z programu Erasmus+ (Akcja 2 – partnerstwa na małą skalę).

Dzień 1
30 października wizyta norweskiej młodzieży w Trójmieście rozpoczęła się od wspólnego spotkania w Konsulacie Kultury w Gdyni – miejscu, w którym przez ostatnie pół roku odbywały się regularne warsztaty STEDY z młodzieżą z Polski i Ukrainy. Spotkanie zostało podzielone na dwie części. Pierwsza z nich koncentrowała się na integracji, pracy z emocjami i budowaniu relacji w grupie poprzez różnorodne ćwiczenia teatralne. Druga część miała charakter kreatywnej ewaluacji – uczestnicy i uczestniczki podsumowali wspólne doświadczenia, tworząc plakaty oraz dzieląc się refleksjami i emocjami. Na zakończenie symbolicznie „rozplątaliśmy” międzynarodowy węzeł gordyjski, który stał się gestem podsumowującym dotychczasową współpracę.

Dzień 2
Drugi dzień wymiany rozpoczęliśmy od wizyty w Europejskim Centrum Solidarności w Gdańsku, gdzie młodzież mogła lepiej poznać historię przemian społecznych i znaczenie wspólnotowego działania. Wieczorem pojechaliśmy na Stadion Miejski w Gdyni, by wspólnie obejrzeć mecz Arka Gdynia – Górnik Zabrze w ramach 1/16 finału Pucharu Polski. Mimo deszczu i silnego wiatru uczestnicy z FK Vigør kibicowali żółto-niebieskim.

Spotkania po raz kolejny pokazały, że międzynarodowa współpraca młodzieży może budować realne relacje i poczucie wspólnoty ponad granicami.

At the end of October 2025, we once again met with the young people from Fotballklubben Vigør in Kristiansand, whom we had first met during our visit to Norway as part of the STEDY – Stronger Together Empowerment of Diverse Youth project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (Action 2 – Small-Scale Partnerships).

Day 1
On 30 October, the visit of the Norwegian youth group to the Tri-City area began with a joint meeting at Konsulat Kultury in Gdynia – the place where regular STEDY workshops with young people from Poland and Ukraine had been held over the previous six months. The meeting was divided into two parts. The first focused on integration, working with emotions, and building relationships within the group through a variety of theatre-based exercises. The second part took the form of a creative evaluation – participants summed up their shared experiences by making posters and sharing their reflections and emotions. At the end, we symbolically “untangled” an international Gordian knot, which became a gesture summing up our cooperation so far.

Day 2
We began the second day of the exchange with a visit to the European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk, where the young participants had an opportunity to learn more about the history of social change and the importance of collective action. In the evening, we went to the Municipal Stadium in Gdynia to watch the Arka Gdynia vs Górnik Zabrze match together as part of the Polish Cup Round of 32. Despite the rain and strong wind, the participants from FK Vigør cheered on the yellow-and-blue team.

Once again, these meetings showed that international youth cooperation can build genuine relationships and a sense of community across borders.
