- Dane osobowe przetwarzane będą przez okres niezbędny dla realizacji przedsięwzięcia, wskazany w przepisach powszechnie obowiązującego prawa.
- Dane osobowe nie będą przekazywane poza granice kraju z wyjątkiem sytuacji, gdy zainteresowany wyrazi zgodę ani użyte do profilowania.
- Dane osobowe nie będą udostępniane innym podmiotom z wyjątkiem sytuacji, w których wymaga tego przepis prawa lub zainteresowany wyrazi na to zgodę.
- Posiada Pan/Pani prawo do:
a) żądania dostępu do danych osobowych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia
lub ograniczenia przetwarzania
b) wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, a także prawo do przenoszenia danych
c) cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem
